Terms of use

The short version

We list radio commercials so people can find the business behind an ad they heard. Businesses and stations supply those listings. We check them before they appear, but we do not verify every claim in them — treat a listing as a lead, not a guarantee.

Using the directory

Searching is free and needs no account. You may not scrape the directory, resell it, or use it to send unsolicited marketing to the businesses listed. The phone numbers here exist so customers can call — not so lists can be built.

Check before you call. Listings, including phone numbers, come from the advertiser or their station. Matches are our best guess at what you heard, not a certainty. Confirm you are speaking to the right business before you act on anything.

If you list a commercial

By uploading, you confirm that:

• you own the commercial or have permission from whoever does;
• the business details and phone number are accurate and yours to publish;
• you grant us permission to store the audio, transcribe it, and publish the listing and a playable copy on this site;
• you will keep it up to date, or remove it, if it stops being accurate.

You keep ownership of your commercial. The permission you give us is only what we need to run the directory, and it ends when you delete the listing.

What we may remove

We review every listing before it appears, and every edit to a listing that is already live. We may decline or remove anything that is misleading, impersonates a business, breaches someone else's rights, promotes something unlawful, or is uploaded by someone with no right to it. We may suspend accounts that do this repeatedly.

Automated matching

Search results are produced by automated systems working from an imperfect description. They will sometimes be wrong. When nothing in the directory matches closely we may show suggestions found on the open web, clearly labelled as unverified — those are not listings and we do not vouch for them.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, that every commercial is listed, or that a match is correct. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from relying on a listing, a match, or a phone number found here.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.
