If the listing is yours

What we act on
- A phone number or business detail that is wrong or out of date.
- A commercial uploaded by someone who had no right to upload it.
- A listing impersonating your business.
- Anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.
We review reports and remove or correct listings when the report is well founded. We may ask for more detail before acting.
Copyright notices
If you own the copyright in a commercial listed here and it was uploaded without your permission, send a notice to our designated agent:

To be actionable, a notice generally needs to include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the work you say is infringed;
- the address of the listing on this site, so we can find it;
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
When we remove something on this basis we tell the person who uploaded it, and they may send a counter-notice. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are terminated.
Filing a notice you know to be false can carry legal consequences. If you are unsure whether something infringes, take advice before sending one.
